Last week, our Move Work Forward team gathered in Amsterdam for a global offsite — with teammates flying in from three continents. It was a rare and energizing opportunity to meet face-to-face, collaborate on big ideas, and, of course, have some fun along the way.
Over several productive working sessions, we focused on how to improve our 40+ apps across Atlassian, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, Google Workspace, Autodesk, and Monday.com marketplaces. We brainstormed bold ideas to Move Forward — from growth strategies to refining our internal workflows and customer experience.
But we didn’t just work.
We:
- Cooked eight delicious Indonesian dishes together (and yes, they were amazing)
- Took a private boat tour through the Amsterdam canals — sun included!
- Got creative (and a little messy) with a drawing-in-the-dark workshop
- Rolled a few strikes at the bowling alley
- Walked, talked, laughed
It was a week of connection, clarity, and creativity. The ideas we brought home are already shaping what’s next.
