It was a packed week full of learning, inspiration, and amazing conversations. I met tons of Atlassians and partners, exchanged ideas, and got a clear view of where Atlassian is heading next.

Key Highlights and Learnings
- Atlassian Rovo is everywhere. Powered by Atlassian Team Graph, Rovo now drives search, chat, and agents across the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Rovo Search is becoming the default search experience in Jira and Confluence, letting users connect external tools like Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Slack, GitLab, and many others to search seamlessly across platforms.
- Rovo Agents impressed me the most - with the right “skills,” they can help teams build sparkling automation and integrate directly into Jira workflows and processes.
- Atlassian Team Graph now powers all experiences in the Atlassian System of Work, and we’ve already joined the Early Access Program (EAP) to explore extending it in our apps.
- Atlassian Customer Service Management (CSM) looks like a game-changer - a chat-based, AI-driven support assistant. I immediately tried to get us early access to test it with our thousands of customers, but it will only be available in February 2026. Definitely worth the wait.
- Eficode and CPrime stood out as strong solution partners helping companies integrate Microsoft and Atlassian ecosystems, as well as migrate from on-premise to cloud - with Atlassian Ascend helping accelerate that journey.
- I was impressed by Mercedes-Benz, which has over 50,000 Jira users. They use Jira Service Management Assets extensively to power workflows, automation, and integrations - an inspiring real-world case.
- I had great conversations with many Atlassians - a special shout-out to Ian, Miro, Tiago, Sean, Joe, Ardash, and Adam for being incredibly open, helpful, and insightful.
- Atlassian Rovo Studio is coming soon — and the promise is huge. It will allow anyone to build powerful AI agents, powered by Team Graph and integrations like Microsoft Teams for Jira or Azure DevOps for Jira, to automate daily tasks. The exciting part? Even non-developers will be able to build Forge apps through the Rovo Studio interface.
- Atlassian continues to encourage partners to build vertical solutions on top of their platform. We’re fully aligned with that vision - expanding our portfolio with new Construction and Manufacturing Collections. Stay tuned for more.
Fun Moments
On the fun side, I jumped into an F1 simulator -because, yes, Atlassian is now the title sponsor and partner of the Williams Racing F1 Team.
Considering I just finished reading two F1 books and came straight from Singapore’s F1 weekend, the timing couldn’t have been better. 🏎️
The final keynote featured members of the Williams Racing Team, including Carlos Sainz. The energy in the room was electric - and I appreciated how genuine and approachable he felt. No superstar distance, just a real, inspiring conversation.
And, of course, it was great to reconnect with friends, old and new.
Barcelona was buzzing with ideas, collaboration, and a clear sense of where Atlassian is heading - a future powered by AI, agents, and connected work.
We’re already experimenting with what’s next - and I can’t wait to bring some of these innovations to our Move Work Forward apps.
