As Senior Product Manager, you will define the strategy, evaluate product opportunities, analyze industry trends, and customer and partner needs, and prioritize features and improvements. You will work with founders and your team of engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to propose, critically evaluate, build and launch improvements. You will ensure that the right decisions are made to have the maximum impact on our customers and team. Your work will have an impact on Move Work Forward's largest customers who work to achieve the world's biggest missions.
What you'll do
- Own the problem and make sure the solution proposed rolled out in a pragmatic way
- Own a portfolio of products and prioritize and tasks and projects between those to maximize the impace
- Document the problem space, and provide a prioritization of the different challenges.
- Collaborate with others to define a vision and form a compelling product roadmap that makes our products a scalable and trusted platform for our enterprise customers.
- Build relationships and promote your strategy throughout the organization.
- Partner with engineering, design, and support specialists to ship projects and lead your teams to success.
On your first day, we will expect you to have
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Success with developing a high-level product roadmap and rallying a team to deliver value to enterprise customers.
- Strength in prioritizing opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business, and communicating the rationale behind your decisions, including to executive leadership.
- Technical fluency in understanding and working on complex, enterprise-level requirements, focusing on security.
- Own customer discovery and user research.
- Comfortable defining and tracking important business and success metrics.
- You are customer-centric and enjoy working directly with design and engineering to ship delightful experiences.
It's great but not required if you have
- Working at a Start-up.
- Computer science or a related technical degree.
- Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B).
- Previous experience in the fields of project management, collaboration, and enterprise software.
